Making Mozzarella! It's easy!

This is a set of 4 short videos to illustrate a very simple approach to making mozzarella at home.
These videos are *completely* unedited but posted hastily so some folks waiting for it can see them quickly.

There are 4 easy steps (click each link to see the video)
- Step 1 - Prep the Mozzarella
- Step 2 - First hot water bath
*** Wait 90 seconds ***
- Step 3 - Second hot water bath
*** Wait 60 seconds ***
- Step 4 - Drain, fold and finish
